This is based on your originally signed payment terms and processing time. A facility can take up to 10 days to process your cancellation request. If you are charged on a monthly basis, and your cancellation is not processed prior to the next monthly charge, you will still be charged.

What Happens With Massage Envy Cancellation Unused Massages?
Massage Envy has been on the receiving end of class action lawsuits because unused massages expire. Today, their terms are a bit clearer: You have 60 days from the time of cancellation to use any accrued but unused services, after which they expire, and you have no access to them.
