Quip is a subscription service that automatically sends oral care items every three months. They have many toothbrushes, toothpaste, flossing devices, and mouthwashes. Most of their items cannot be purchased individually but have to be purchased through a subscription or a refill plan.

If you no longer require these services or they aren’t living up to expectations, you need to figure out how to cancel Quip subscription services.

According to customer service, you can easily figure out how to cancel Quip. They ask that you email them at help@getquip.com to process the cancellation.

There are no other online steps to follow, nor can you cancel from the payment method you used to initiate the subscription.

How to Cancel Quip Skill Refill  

If you have the Quip Refill Plan, the steps are slightly different depending on what you want to do. 

Edit Quip Refill Plans

The first option available to you is to edit your plan. This is an ideal solution if you still want to use some of the services and some of the subscriptions but not all of them. Some items like Travel Toothpaste or Travel Cover Mount can be purchased as a one-time purchase instead of a subscription. 

To edit the contents of your plan, follow these steps:

1. Click on your “Subscriptions” tab. 

2. Select the three vertical dots by the plan you want to edit. 

3. Click “edit” for the items you wish to edit or remove. You can change the number of items that are listed in the plan, or you can remove items completely.

Add Items to A Quip Refill Plans

If you want to add other items to your plan after figuring out how to edit or remove existing subscriptions, you have to contact customer support directly.

1. Follow the steps above to edit any items in your plan, skip certain items from the automatic refill, or cancel individual items.

2. After that, reach out to customer service using the virtual assistant at the bottom right-hand corner of the page or via email at refillsupport@getquip.com.

Cancel Quip Refill Plans

If editing is insufficient and you still need to figure out how to cancel quick account services, follow these steps:

1. Click on your “Plans” tab (you need to be signed in to view).

2. Select the three vertical dots by the plan you want to end. 

3. From there, click “edit” or “cancel,” depending on what you want to do. To cancel Quip, remove all items from the refill list. 

4. A red button will appear stating “cancel this plan,” and you will need to click it. 

5. A prompt will pop up asking why you want to cancel. 

6. Select “cancel plan anyway.”

7. Then click “confirm cancellation.”

Note: Once your Quip cancellation process is over, you should receive an email confirming the cancellation. If you do not, check your plans tab again within the next few days to confirm your refill plan is no longer listed. If it is, contact customer service at refillsupport@getquip.com.

If you cancel your account, be advised that this does not deactivate or close all your information. In theory, you could resubscribe, and all your account details would remain. Can I Skip A Quip Shipment?

If you have quick refill plans and don’t want to learn how to cancel Quip account subscriptions, you have other options, such as skipping one or more of the items without editing your plan. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Go to the “profile” part of your “Plans” tab. 

2. Click the three vertical dots next to your plan. 

3. Select “Edit this plan.”

4. Select “Skip” for the items you want to skip. 

You cannot skip entire orders. If you use this feature, one item from your refill order must be processed. If you want to skip everything, you will have to figure out how to cancel quick subscription accounts. 

How Often Are Quip Refill Plans Shipped?

Quip Refill Plans automatically generate new orders every 3 months after your order date. Any items at your initial checkout get automatically refilled every 3 months. If you want to edit your Quip account plan, add items to a refill plan, or cancel quick refill plans, you must do so before your auto-generated order is processed. 

You should attempt to initiate the cancellation or edits at least one week before the auto-generated order date.

How Do I Cancel My Quip Subscription After The Refill Order Process Starts?

Canceling a Refill Plan will not affect any already processed refills. This requires a separate step.
